Yo....


I'd like to talk about some minor glitches, bugs and exploits.
One is that when you hire a henchman and go out for a mission/qyest, he/she will spawn in the air and go freely for death. This bug seriously needs to be fixed.

Also, I don't know if this is a bug or ment to be there but when you cast a spell on a target and let's say you want to change target, your spell suddenly gets interrupted.

The only thing I want is that targets longer than 27-30 feet could get interrupted when changing.

i once couldn't turn my char after the flute/guitar/violin emotes... i havent tested this again tho, and i'm not sure which one caused it, or any the order of those 3. anyone had this b4?

Each spell takes a certain amount of time to cast. If you suddenly click on the ground or on another target the spell is interrupted and you lose that amount of energy. Try a little patience.

You can still change target using the TAB and \ buttons without inturption. I do this all the time. By targeting this way you can continue your assult on the other mob while choosing another target. \ targets the closest mob to you while TAB cycles through the mobs one after the other. When your ready to attack your new target simply click on the target window.

Infact that's what I mean. While I select my target, cast a spell and hit the TAB button to select another near target, the spell suddenly stops.

I JUST tested this with my mes/ele and he had no issues cast - tab - cast. Are you letting your first spell comlete its casting before trying to cast another after choosing your target? If you dont let the spell finnish before hitting a diffrent skill/spell it will indeed interupt it.

But I still don't want the skill to interrupt even if it's at 3/4 IMHO.

Ahhhhh, I see where your coming from now. This is by design. It adds to the element of skill, you can still cast pretty dern fast if you do it right. If you want it to work your way you might post somthing up in the sardlac sanitorium forum.

I think they did this so you can't just target/cast/target/cast/target/cast and chain up a sequence of events that will occur over time. It would make it almost like botting, albeit having a human being at the controls. You could just set up your sequence of events then drink Pepsi and watch the outcome.

I see where you're coming from though. This type of sequencing is used a lot in RTS games. In Warcraft and Starcraft, for example, builds are based on the queueing up of instructions for the build.
